The material feels like rayon. There is a snap at the waist and on the belt to keep it in place. There is a side zipper, but it looks like it may be a replacement. When first assembled, it looked exactly like the picture. However, over time, the top bar has begun to bow. The metal bars are weaker than I expected. It is still doing it's job providing privacy but the quality is not quite up to par. The height, color, and functionality are all exactly as described. If you need an inexpensive room divider, this is a great option. I don't expect it to last more than a year or two, but I would still recommend this product for those needing something fast, easy to assemble, and don't need for an extended period of time.
