The device allows the breaker to be locked in the "on" or "off" position and a padlock can be installed to ensure that the breaker is not tampered with. Even when locked in the "on" position, the breaker will trip in the conditions warrant it.

Great fit for a 2005 Honda Element

Buy OEM Honda for $2 - Suction side o-ring does not fit right
No good. Suction side o-ring doesn't fit right and immediately sucked air. Spend the $2 at a Honda dealer and get the original orange 91345-RDA-A01 o-ring. Fits much better and instantly quiet power steering pump.
