Standard latex based sealant. 500ml bottle is good for 4 8 mountain bike wheels. 125ml bottle good for 1 2 wheels Recommended amounts for 1 mountain bike wheel, tubeless or inner tube is 60 120 ml for XC wheels. 120 180 ml for bigger FR and DH tires.
