Love (almost) everything about this except the scan button. The scan button on the Epson screen does not work. I called Microsoft who tried to fix it through the connection but still didn't work. Sent an e-mail to Epson and no response. Really need this scan button to work so that I can scan to desktop.

I live in Armenia, and returning the product from here is extremely difficult and expensive, so I’m basically stuck with a non-working iPad that I can’t even use. The whole situation is very disappointing — the product is not as described, it’s faulty, and the seller provides no proper help or responsibility. Do not buy from this seller. The item was dead on arrival, the color was wrong, and the support was useless. If you value your money and peace of mind, avoid this seller completely.
