For starters, Amazon is one of the few places that sells these fiber tablets, so I was pleased that they were affordable. I prefer the tablets over the powder because it’s just easier for me to use. I've tried lots of different types of fiber supplements. For convenience, this one is the best. A lot has been said about how large the pills are for swallowing, but I have bigger pills than these, and they go down fine. The issue is the shape of the pill. It's made not cylindrical, but with 4 faces with sharp corners. These make the pills tend to stick a bit on the way down. I would not recommend these pills for someone with swallowing difficulties. That being said, they do work.
