The first couple of times I used this I didn't really notice any difference; when I asked someone else to put it where I couldn't reach on my back, it helped a lot more than I expected. It turns out they used a LOT more than I had been using. So: works ok, but you have to use somewhere between a thin sheen and a glop. Which is why I ended up getting this pump bottle, as my second purchase. I keep the smaller bottle for travel, now.
