It was produced by Seaman Paper Company of Chicago, Illinois. "410" is painted both on its exterior and interior. Unfortunately, its significance is unknown to us. This liner features blackened brass A washers and an OD#3 (khaki) suspension, approximately dating the liner's production from mid 1944 to 1945. Great holding capacity for hand tools
