Barrels are selected from truly great sites with volcanic soils in the Eola Amity Hills such as Justice, Koosah, Sojeau, Temperance Hill, Witness Tree, Bracken and X Novo. The nose opens with deep black cherry, cola, raspberry, black tea, and mixed spices. On the palate this is just shy of moderate in weight with cherries, cola, raspberry and oak spice balanced

not bad and pup likes pretty much.
Love the size and fact "Chips". Package States "No artificial preservatives or additives" however, "Coconut Glycerin" added; personally would prefer this left out and "just"chicken.
