Travaglini Gattinara Riserva 2020The Gattinara Riserva is made only in the best vintages. A careful selection of grapes is harvested in the beggining of October. The grapes are crushed and then left to macerate on the skins for around 15 days before fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature. I wish I could easily find a lower dose, but this works. Take one about 30 mins before I want to sleep and when I fall asleep I don't wake up in the middle of the night. I normally have insomnia but one of these generally gives me 9 hours of sleep. It doesn't ALWAYS work (I have health problems that can keep me awake) but instead of 5-7 hours sleep I am consistently getting around 9. The only problem is I'm groggy in the morning. But I feel a lot less haggard and anxious in the morning now so I think I'll be continuing with this.
