Setup was quick and straightforward. I plugged it in, placed the receiver, and it started relaying signals right away. It does exactly what it is supposed to do and successfully extends remote control range to my equipment without any complicated configuration. The only issue I have noticed is that it can be a little directional. I sometimes have to angle my remote slightly from the left or right instead of pointing straight at the receiver for it to register consistently.
