The handles are bulky, and the leather buckles where you normally would hold it which is very uncomfortable. If you try to use the shoulder strap, the handles don't come off and get in the way when holding the purse against your side. Unfortunately, I first used it well past the eligible return date. I'm so disappointed. I would not recommend this product.

The inside utility clear pouch was only 1 pouch, not 3 like the video. But I like it better with 1 pouch which leaves me options for larger items. The shoe pouch can be used for other items instead of shoes, if your interested.
