I thought this was just "snake oil," but this "fish oil" works. My knees hurt walking up and downstairs. It sucks to get old. After taking this for a few weeks, I forgot about my knees. I then stopped taking it because I forgot to order more. It was then, after a week or two of not taking it I notice my knees again. I never thought it would work, but look at me now typing this review.
