The difference between the Super version and the standard model is that the Super has a different generator assembly in the body which features the Split Pole pin technology as found on the famous 2M range of cartridges. This helps reduce eddy currents losses through magnetic hysteresis resulting in a more extended and flatter frequency response with closer channel

not at all indestructible. i have an average chewer dog at best, the guts were all over the floor in less than a minute and the squeaky part was out in less than four. felt like an insanely misleading advertisement. "for aggressive chewers, indestructible." massive waste of money. def don't recommend. Cheap quality, I think a lap dog would have ripped it apart in no time at all as well.
