It has adjustable lever positioning through the lock screw mechanism which allows the rider to fine tune the distance the lever sits from the bar for a better clutch feel. This Korean bulgogi flavor is similar to Japanese teriyaki sharing an ideal balance between salty tangy soy sauce and sweet sugar perhaps bulgogi more garlic prominent and teriyaki more ginger.
