The skirt is generous and flowy so just focus on what size you need for the Chest Area. Lisa is in a S (but would normally need a M). Lisa is 59. I actually can wear a Small Im this and I am normally a Medium in dresses. I am 55 and I did have to have the length altered. We just didnt want it to be to short on tall ladies. My seamstress had no issues

Just installed in a 2006 4Runner. Can’t speak to exact filter partials or longevity, but what I can’t say is that it fits very well and looks to be made very well. It actually fits better than the Bosh filters I normally use. Has a nice foam seal around all 4 edges and fits in the tray perfectly. Seem to be a nice option. So if you have a 03-09 4Runner it’s going to work well. Here’s some pictures of this filter (the blue one) next to a Bosh filter I removed. Also a picture with it in the factory tray.
