German Bakelite Photo Edge Cutter IsingOriginal photo trimmer made from Bakelite. Made by Ising Bergneustadt Germany (this same company made optics and tripods for the Wehrmacht during the war). This is what puts the patterned edge on original photos. It is in overall good condition with some wear. The clear window is slightly yellowed. There are a few rust specks.
