This is beautiful and feels amazing on the skin. The shimmer is the perfect amount. You do not need to be rich in melanin to use this product. I am very fair skin and this looks amazing on my skin color as well. It's very hydrating and absorbs pretty good. I do not like oily feeling, was scared this would feel oily and it was not. I loved it. The smell is great and not overpowering which was a huge plus for me. I love applying this on my legs when wearing shorts, dresses or skirts.

I started using this Vaseline Illuminate Me Shimmering Body Oil a few days ago and I immediately fell in love with it. After I do my daily shower routine, I top it off with this shimmering oil, and the last thing I do is put a little on my cheeks and forehead...instant glow! Well, this stuff is a miracle in a bottle - the moisture it puts into my skin, and the pretty shimmer it leaves behind is amazing.
