One also needs to order directly from Coach and select the gift option to get the gift box and dust bag, which has always been the case. It's a beautiful, quality bag and the difference between this and a fake is clear; the material feels durable and soft at the same time. The bag smells like leather. I've dressed it up with a cheaper, smaller strap as I'm using this as an oversized wristlet at the moment; but I got everything I paid for.
