I carry my stethoscope, thermometer, O2 spot checker, etc, notebook, book, my purse, lotion, and wallet inside. The water bottle pocket on the side is deep and snug enough to fit a ninja travel cup. I bought the smaller size and as an overstuffer, it’s spacious & the zipper is flexible so it covers items that may stick out from the top a little. Great bag for nurses!
