I love this, it works better than I expected. I needed a water flosser that was compact to travel with. This one works great! It is very powerful at its highest setting; however, you must work quickly, or you will need to refill the water reservoir before you're able to do your entire mouth. The pulsating setting gives the ability to move around each quadrant of your mouth a little slower. The soft setting works well for my grandson. It does a great job of getting rid of the food particles stuck between your teeth.
