I always keep one on hand in case it gets lost. Very durable and sustains a lot of chewing. It is a constant companion and play toy (thrown in my face at 1:30 a.m. as a hint it’s play time). He sleeps with it. Puts it by his bowls as he eats and drinks. Take outside for walks and play. Greets me when I come home with it. Greets guests with it. Has MANY other toys he will enjoy but nothing like a pacifier! He’s had one for years (he’s 9). One baby I’ll never take it away from. And since he’s a Shih Tzu- don’t think I have to worry about orthodontia. Highly recommend give it a try - despite mixed reviews - all dogs are not alike.

I absolutely love this. I got this when I first got my puppy (miniature dachshund) for when she started teething. It lasted her entire teething stage and she chewed on it everyday. It's somewhat smaller so I don't think it would be to great for bigger dogs.
