I have always used the Chuck It ball and ball launcher. I thought I would try this since the price was better. There is definitely a reason it is priced lower. The handle on this one twists on and constantly comes undone when you throw, and it does not launch nearly as well. I would not order this product again.

I buy the large Costco box of Penn tennis balls every couple of years for my dog. If you fully seat the ball in the cup/launching end, it’s extremely difficult to throw and puts some strain on your wrist. — the workaround is to only partially insert the ball when picking it up. - Like others have stated, the launcher does come unscrewed occasionally after a few throws. It’s kind of annoying so I’ll likely try some thread lock, but ideally that wouldn’t be necessary.
