This is a great muscle shirt that can be worn many ways. My grandson likes it for workouts because the gym (or place) is cold, and this muscle shirt is breathable, comfortable, and stretchy, and doesn't restrict his movements. He also likes that it's a little longer than most muscle shirts. But he also loves how good it feels under sweatshirts because it is soft on the skin and doesn't create bulkiness.
