I have chronic hives, being controlled by a once-a-month injection. I've always had itchy spots, and figured it was just the way I was. The first couple of times I used this I didn't really notice any difference; when I asked someone else to put it where I couldn't reach on my back, it helped a lot more than I expected. It turns out they used a LOT more than I had been using. So: works ok, but you have to use somewhere between a thin sheen and a glop.
