Angesetzt werden die Frchte usw. im eigenen Qualittsroggenbrand gemeinsam mit sterreichischem Bio Rbenzucker. Die Likre sind harmonisch und vollmundig, da der Fruchtanteil beim Ansetzen hoch ist und die Likre zwischen 20 und 36 % Alkohol haben. Mit Leidenschaft handwerklich produziert von der Biobrennerei Thauerbck in Kaltenberg.
