Ok, I have to give my honest opinion here.... I had (yes past tense) two teeth that had small stains on them and the last time I had my teeth cleaned at my Dentists office he stated he could not remove the stains... So, I read the reviews on this toothpaste, did some more research on Google and got it today. After lunch, I brushed my teeth and looked and the stains and they seemed to look lighter. I thought hummm.? Really? Then after dinner, I brushed my teeth again and just looked into the mirror out of curiosity (been a few hours) and I don't see either stain at all ... completely GONE! I am being very honest and so surprised that both stains were gone... Yeah, I know what you're thinking when you are reading this...B.S. right? Well, I am so surprised myself that I ordered two more tubes since they're on sale and I plan on giving one of them to a friend that has some coffee stains on her teeth and see if it works for her too... So, I would have to say that by purchasing the two tubes that I did, was way cheaper than going to my Dentist that stated they couldn't get rid of the stains. I'm totally 100% impressed with this Crest 3D White .. my new go toooooo forever! P.S. I am a ice tea drinker by heart and sometimes coffee too.
