This book is ok. I did found it a little bit confusing! But whats the worst: I went online to use my code and there are practice Questions but NO ANSWERS !!!!!!! Its a big and expansive book, I was expecting more learning tools to help me with studying. Very disappointing that the main organization and founder of Health Inf. Management Tech. would do such a thing to his students!!!! AHIMA- shame on you!!!
