The fit is perfect and there is no spillage on the tops or sides and I'm not having to constantly adjust myself. I didn't think it was possible to find cute, supportive bra for under $40 but here we are. They also have great support for when I'm at the gym. I do tend to still put a looser fitting sports bra over the HSIA bra when I'm working out for my own comfort, but it's not really necessary and I would most likely be fine during my workout without the extra layer.
